**Clients with lashes from outside establishment may not be suitable for 60 minute refill depending on the condition of their lashes. As much as we want to offer this service, we hold the right to refuse this service if eyelashes do not meet the conditions that would be suitable for a desired outcome to be achieved within 60 minutes. Client may be advised to consider a removal and full set.
